| 1, on page 2, line 13, by replacing "or any" with "any"; and

| on page 2, line 15, after "Code", by inserting the following: |

| has aggregate billing demand of all of its affiliated electric |

| service accounts in Illinois that are greater than 1,500 kW"; |
