AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1366

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1366, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 2, line 13, by replacing "or any" with "any"; and

on page 2, line 15, after "Code", by inserting the following: ", or any person or entity that is attempting to procure on behalf of or sell retail electric service to a third party that has aggregate billing demand of all of its affiliated electric service accounts in Illinois of greater than 1,500 kW"; and

on page 3, line 15, and on page 3, line 26, after "affiliates", by inserting the following: "regarding retail electric service in Illinois"; and

on page 4, line 19, after "State", by inserting the following: "regarding retail electric service in Illinois"; and

on page 4, line 22, after "year", by inserting the following: "in Illinois".
