1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1566
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1566 on page 1,
3 line 12, by inserting "the Genetic and" immediately before
4 "Metabolic"; and

5 on page 7, line 16, by replacing "July 1, 2008," with "6 months
6 following the registration of the necessary reagents with the
7 federal Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for
8 Disease Control and Prevention has available quality assurance
9 testing methodology for these processes,".
