2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2080 on page 47,
3 line 4 by inserting after the period the following:
4 "The owner of a self-service storage facility as defined in the
5 Self-Service Storage Facility Act is not a warehouse for the
6 purposes of this Article.".
