1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2399
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2399 as follows:

3 on page 10, lines 23 and 24, by replacing "The corporate
4 authorities of a municipality or other unit of local
5 government" with "Any home rule unit of local government, any
6 non-home rule municipality, or any non-home rule county within
7 the unincorporated territory of the county".
