AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2907

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2907 on page 2, line 7, after "Illinois.", by inserting "This revolving account shall not be subject to sweeps, administrative charges, or chargebacks, such as, but not limited to, those authorized under Section 8h of the State Finance Act, or any other fiscal or budgetary maneuver that would in any way result in the transfer of any funds from the revolving account to any other fund of this State or having any such funds utilized for any purpose other than those purposes set forth in this Section.".
