| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 182

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 182 on page 2, by | | 3 |
| replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following: | | 4 |
| "abode, legal dwelling, or fixed place of business, or on | | 5 |
| the land or in the legal dwelling of another person as an | | 6 |
| invitee with that person's permission, any pistol,"; and

| on page 4, by replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following: | | 8 |
