1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 565
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 565 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
5 changing Section 5-5.04 as follows:

6     (305 ILCS 5/5-5.04)
7     Sec. 5-5.04. Persons living with HIV/AIDS. The ~~The~~
8 Department of Public Aid may seek federal approval to expand
9 access to health care for persons living with HIV/AIDS.
10 Implementation of this Section is subject to appropriation.
