AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 756

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 756 on page 20, by

replacing lines 10 through 12 with the following:

    "Proceeds from the penalties paid to the Department of 
5
Children and Family Services shall be deposited into the DCFS 
6
Children's Services Fund.  The Department of Children and 
7
