2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1329 on page 1, line
3 22, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "Such delegated services may not be performed by a person while
5 holding himself or herself out as an electrologist or in any
6 manner that indicates that the services are part of the
7 practice of electrology.".
