1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2245
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2245 on page 7, by
3 inserting immediately below line 12 the following:
4 "The changes made to this Section by this amendatory Act of
5 the 96th General Assembly apply to actions commenced or pending
6 on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
7 96th General Assembly.".
