AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3828

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3828 by replacing

page 1, line 23, through page 2, line 1 with the following:

        "(5) one member appointed by the Governor;"; and

on page 2, line 14, by replacing "Office of the Lieutenant 
6
Governor shall" with "Environmental Protection Agency shall 
7
