1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4099
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4099, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 5 through 9 with the
5 following:

6 "inadequacy of the financial information. The State agency
7 shall respond within 7 business days after receiving written
8 notice of the delinquency or inadequacy from the Comptroller
9 and shall provide the response to the Governor, the
10 Comptroller, the President and Minority Leader of the Senate,
11 and the Speaker and Minority Leader of the House of
12 Representatives. The Comptroller may post the response on his
13 or her official website.".
