AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4124

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4124 on page 5, by replacing lines 21 through 24 with the following: "and the production of documentary evidence, physical evidence, electronic evidence, or other evidence relating to any matter under investigation or hearing. If the release of such evidence in an electronic format would create a risk of harm to a third party, the responding entity shall submit that evidence in an alternative format and shall redact all information necessary to protect the identity and safety of the third party. The Chairman of the Board may sign"; and

on page 6, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following: "production of documentary evidence, physical evidence, electronic evidence, or other evidence, may be required from any"; and

on page 6, line 8 by inserting after "Board." the following: "If the release of such evidence in an electronic format would create a risk of harm to a third party, the responding entity shall submit that evidence in an alternative format and shall redact all information necessary to protect the identity and safety of the third party."; and

on page 6, by replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following: "documentary evidence, physical evidence, electronic evidence, or any other evidence or both. If the release of such evidence in an electronic format would create a risk of harm to a third party, the responding entity shall submit that evidence in an alternative format and shall redact all information necessary to protect the identity and safety of the third party. A copy of such petition shall be served by"; and

on page 7, by replacing line 9 with the following:

"evidence, physical evidence, electronic evidence, or other evidence if so ordered, or to give"; and

on page 7, line 11 by inserting after "hearing." the following: "If the release of such evidence in an electronic format would create a risk of harm to a third party, the responding entity shall submit that evidence in an alternative format and shall redact all information necessary to protect the identity and safety of the third party.".
