1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4599
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4599, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:

5     "Section 5. The Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by
6 changing Section 101 as follows:

7     (35 ILCS 5/101)  (from Ch. 120, par. 1-101)
8     Sec. 101. Short Title.This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may
9 be cited as the "Illinois Income Tax Act."
