2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4694 by replacing
3 lines 24 through 26 on page 3 and lines 1 through 3 on page 4
4 with the following:
5 "(d-5) The Fire Prevention Fund is not subject to
6 administrative charges or charge-backs, including but not
7 limited to those authorized under Section 8h of the State
8 Finance Act.".
