2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4778 on page 9, by
3 inserting below line 9 the following:

4 "Section 98. Applicability. The changes made by this
5 amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly apply beginning
6 with the 2011 registration year.".
