3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 2 as follows:

5 on page 2, line 10, after "treated", by inserting "on an
6 inpatient basis"; and

7 on page 2, line 12, after "and", by inserting "is reasonably
8 expected"; and

9 on page 2, line 13, by replacing "meets" with "to meet".
