AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5428

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5428, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 3, line 7, immediately after "comprised of", by inserting ", but not limited to,"; and

page 3, by replacing lines 9 through 22 with the following: "and Family Services, as well as representatives of the organizations that serve, as of the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, on the Illinois Adoption Registry Advisory Council or the Confidential Intermediary Advisory Council. On and after the effective date".
