2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5571, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the
5 following:

6 "Revenue Fund may be expended for the following promotional
7 items: calendars, pens, buttons, pins, magnets, and any other
8 similar promotional items. This prohibition applies to
9 expenditures by State".
