    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5966 on page 1, line

17, by inserting "orally" after "court to"; and

on page 1, by replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following:

"and the victim.
The court has discretion to determine the

number of oral presentations of victim impact statements.
