1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6059
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6059 by deleting
3 line 20 on page 6 through line 2 on page 7; and

4 on page 9, by replacing lines 7 through 11 with the following:

5 "(b) The Department of Natural Resources may cooperate with
6 and advise the Commission in regards to staffing and may
7 support functions and activities of the Commission from moneys
8 available to the Department that may be used for that purpose.
9 The General Assembly may also".
