1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6195
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6195 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by
5 changing Section 1-1 as follows:

6     (720 ILCS 5/1-1)  (from Ch. 38, par. 1-1)
7     Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act shall be knownand~~and~~ may
8 be cited as the "Criminal Code of 1961".
