1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6239
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6239 on page 1, line
3 13, after "county", by inserting "with a population of less
4 than 750,000"; and

5 on page 1, by replacing lines 21 and 22 with the following:
6 " ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION - COUNTIES WITH A POPULATION OF
7 750,000 OR MORE "; and

8 on page 2, by replacing line 3 with the following:
9 "only to counties with a population of 750,000 or more".
