1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6349
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6349, on page 9,
3 line 7, after the period, by inserting "Actions may only be
4 brought (i) 30 days after a complaint has been filed with the
5 Department of Labor by any interested party or person aggrieved
6 by a violation of this Act or (ii) any time after the filing of
7 a complaint if the Department of Labor notifies any interested
8 party or person aggrieved by a violation of this Act that the
9 Department will not proceed with the complaint."; and

10 on page 9, line 13, by replacing "$1,000" with "$500".
