1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE RESOLUTION 201
2 AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 201 on page 5,
3 line 11, after "created", by inserting "within the Department
4 of Human Services"; and

5 on page 5, by replacing lines 17 through 19 with the following:
6 "RESOLVED, That the Department of Human Services shall
7 convene the Work Group, and the Secretary of Human Services
8 shall designate a chairperson of the Work Group; due to its
9 unique position and experience, the House requests that Equip
10 for Equality serve in an advisory capacity to the Work Group;
11 and be it further"; and

12 on page 6, lines 1 and 5, by replacing "Equip for Equality"
13 each time it appears with "the Department of Human Services".
