HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate the members of the Wheaton Warrenville South High School Tigers football team on the occasion of winning the IHSA Class 7A State Tournament; and

WHEREAS, The Wheaton Warrenville South Tigers defeated Lake Zurich 28-17 to claim victory at the IHSA Class 7A State Tournament; the Tigers ended their season with a phenomenal 14-0; and

WHEREAS, The Tigers' victory marks the 7th title in 10 championship game appearances; the team also earned back-to-back State titles for the second time in the program's history; and

WHEREAS, The members of the Wheaton Warrenville South Tigers are Clayton Omelson, Corey Davis, Zach Zlabis, Austin Pannell, Reilly O'Toole, Caleb Bednarz, Jack Machalek, Sam Prete, Matt Rogers, Niko Pilalis, Lucas Devick, Dan Vitale, Sam Zschack, Ryan Graham, Ryan Crowe, Nick Garlick, Trevor Seibert, Joe Sullivan, Brady Jordan-Banda, Casey Armbrust, Dan Goff, Luke Bialas, Travis Kern, Grant Meyer, Jesse Padalik, Peter Benassi, Gibson Danekas, Patrick Garner, Keith Borum, Mike Shelton, Kevin Giltz, Andrew Horton, Sparty Chino, Thomas Hernandez, Ryan Pierce, Zach Kyllonen, Brian Welker, Tyler Cook, R.J. WHEREAS, The members of the Wheaton Warrenville South Tigers serves as models of hard work, integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of Illinois; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate the members of the Wheaton Warrenville South High School Tigers on the occasion of winning the IHSA Class 7A State Tournament and wish them continued success and happiness in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Wheaton Warrenville South Tigers head coach Ron Muhitch as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
