1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 48
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 48 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 6 through 17 with the following:
4 "The members of the Commission shall be appointed by the
5 Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate. Members
6 may be re-appointed for additional terms, as provided for under
7 Section 25."; and

8 on page 3, line 18, by replacing "appointing authority" with
9 "Governor"; and

10 on page 4, lines 2 and 3, by replacing "appointing authority"
11 with "Governor"; and

12 on page 4, line 5, by replacing "appointing authority" with
13 "Governor".
