2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 90 on page 1, line
3 22, by replacing "Any" with "Except for willful and wanton
4 misconduct, any"; and

5 on page 1, line 23, by replacing "(b)" with "(a) or (b)"; and

6 on page 2, by replacing lines 5 through 11 with the following:
7 "result by reason of such actions."; and

8 on page 2, line 13, by replacing "(b)"; with "(a) or (b)".
