2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1020 on page 13,
3 line 15, by inserting after "offender" the following:
4 "; and the offender, at the time of the commission of the
5 offense, knew or should have known that the victim had consumed
6 alcohol".
