2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1383 on page 12,
3 line 25, before "is", by inserting "(i)"; and

4 on page 13, line 3, by replacing "," with the following:
5 "or has graduated from such a college of pharmacy within the
6 past 18 months, (ii)"; and

7 on page 13, line 4, after "and", by inserting "(iii)".
