1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1408
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1408 as follows:

3 on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 7 the following:
4 "9. "Volunteer" means a person who operates or assists in
5 the operation of an amusement ride or amusement attraction for
6 an owner or operator without pay or lodging. An individual
7 shall not be considered a volunteer if the individual is
8 otherwise employed by the same owner or operator to perform the
9 same type of service as those for which the individual proposes
10 to volunteer.".
