1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1920
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1920, by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (765 ILCS 745/1)  (from Ch. 80, par. 201)
7     Sec. 1. Applicability. This Act shall regulate and
8 determine legal rights, remedies and obligations ofthe ~~the~~
9 parties to any lease of a mobile home or mobile home lot in a
10 mobile home park containing five or more mobile homes within
11 this State. Any lease, written or oral, shall be unenforceable
12 insofar as any provision thereof conflicts with any provision
13 of this Act.
