1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2101
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2101 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Bank Examiners' Education
5 Foundation Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3210/1)  (from Ch. 17, par. 401)
7     Sec. 1. The Illinois Bank Examiners' Education Foundation
8 is hereby created forthe ~~the~~ purpose of providing a means
9 through which funds may be raised, invested and disbursed for
10 continuing education and professional training activity for
11 the examination employees of the Commissioner's office.
