AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3047

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3047 on page 2, 
3
line 15, by replacing "accomplish" with "accomplish, subject to 
4
appropriation,"; and
 
5
on page 5, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:
6
"30, 2005. Each State Representative and State Senator
located 
7
in
each such congressional district shall be invited to 
8
participate  in
each the hearing in that district
and help to 
9
gather"; and
 
10
on page 6, line 1, after "insurers,", by inserting 
11
