AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3091

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3091, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, on page 8, line 16, after "property", by inserting the following: "that is not a posted snowmobile trail, and other than a person operating a snowmobile on property other than a posted snowmobile trail in which the owner of the property has given his or her written or oral consent to the person to operate a snowmobile on the property"; and

on page 9, by replacing lines 3 through 4 with the following: "pursuant to this Section 3-13. Nothing herein shall"; and

on page 9, line 16, after "offense", by inserting the following: "and shall be required to pay a fine in excess of $500, but not more than $1,000"; and

on page 11, line 7, after "construction,", by inserting "management,"; and

on page 11, by replacing lines 12 through 18 with the following: "the administration of the fund. It is the intent that the fees collected herein shall be used only for the Snowmobile Trail Establishment Fund.".
