2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3097 on page 2,
3 lines 21 and 22, by replacing "battery power source" with
4 "power source, which may be either a battery or batteries or an
5 emergency generator"; and

6 on page 6, lines 1 and 2, by replacing "battery power source"
7 with "power source, which may be either a battery or batteries
8 or an emergency generator".
