AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3273

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3273 on page 5, by 
3
replacing line 14 through line 19 with the following:
4
    "(b) In consultation with statewide organizations 
5
representing hospitals, the Department of Public Health shall 
6
consider mechanisms to collect discharge data for purposes of 
7
