AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3295

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3295 on page 5, by replacing lines 16 through 20 with the following: "any index issued by the circuit court clerk before the entry of the order to seal shall not be affected."; and

on page 19, by replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following: "circuit court clerk before the entry of the order; and"; and

on page 20, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following: "circuit court clerk before the entry of the order;"; and

on page 23, by replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following: "before the entry of the order. All records sealed by the Department may be".
