    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3386 on page 2,

line 12 by replacing "(i)" with "(i)"; and

on page 2, line 20 by replacing "; (3)" with "; or (3)"; and

on page 2, by replacing line 23 with the following:
