| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 |
| learn of the death of Russell Scott Constantino of Gurnee, who | 4 |
| passed away on November 9, 2009; and
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born March 28, 1963 in Waukegan; he was a | 6 |
| Firefighter/Paramedic with the Gurnee Fire Department for 20 | 7 |
| years, and was a member of the AFFI Honor Guard; and
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, He was a coach for 8 years with Gurnee Youth | 9 |
| Baseball; and
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his father, Russell F. | 11 |
| Constantino; and
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, Russell Constantino is survived by his high school | 13 |
| sweetheart and wife of 16 years, Shenandoah (nee: Cardwell); | 14 |
| his 14 year-old son, Ryan Russell; his 10 year-old daughter, | 15 |
| Lauren Rae; his mother, Marlene (Braun) Constantino; his | 16 |
| sister, Joy Grubbs; his brother, Glen Constantino; his in-laws, | 17 |
| Tim and Donna Cardwell; his sister-in-law, Terri (Don) Woodin; | 18 |
| and his nieces, Brittney and Megan Grubbs, Samantha | 19 |
| Constantino, and Kathryn and Kristina Woodin; therefore, be it
| 20 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |

| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | 2 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Russell Constantino; and | 3 |
| be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 5 |
| presented to the family of Russell Constantino as a symbol of | 6 |
| our sincere sympathy.
