| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Francis R. "Jim" Quigley of Joliet, who | 4 | | passed away on May 22, 2010; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, He was retired from Material Service in Lockport, | 6 | | where he worked for 40 years; he was a World War II United | 7 | | States Army veteran, having served in the Aleutian Island | 8 | | campaign; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, He was a Life Member of Cantigny Post 367, and one | 10 | | of the Founders of St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Joliet; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Jim was a beloved and devoted husband and father; | 12 | | and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond | 14 | | and Florence Quigley; his sisters, Berniece (late Ralph) | 15 | | Patterson, Virginia (late Edward) North, and Helen (late James) | 16 | | Townes; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Francis "Jim" Quigley is survived by his wife, Ann | 18 | | (nee, Dolinshek), with whom he would have celebrated his 64th | 19 | | wedding anniversary on May 25, 2010; his children, Dennis | 20 | | (Collette), Robert (Marie), and Brian (Maribeth); his |
