| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Lance R. Mallon, who passed away on | 4 | | November 11, 2010; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Lance Mallon was born on February 22, 1949, in | 6 | | Chicago; he was the son of Robert J. and Grace (Thurn) Mallon; | 7 | | he married Jeanette Mangano on September 14, 1974, in Chicago; | 8 | | and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Lance Mallon was an attorney with a law office in | 10 | | Wood River; he was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in | 11 | | Edwardsville and the Madison County Bar Association; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Lance Mallon had a great love for photography, | 13 | | music, and art; his art work was displayed at numerous | 14 | | locations throughout the Metro East; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Lance Mallon is survived by his loving wife; his | 16 | | sons, Mark Robert and Matthew Grant Mallon; his daughters, | 17 | | Robyn Jennifer Mallon and Melissa Lynn Mallon; his brother, | 18 | | Robert T. Mallon and his wife, Roberta; and his sister, Gayle | 19 | | McGuire and her husband, Patrick; therefore, be it
