3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
41 as follows:
5on page 9, by replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following:

7tax service approved by the Internal Revenue Service. For the
8purpose of this Section, "tax service" does not mean to make or
9offer to"; and
10on page 10, line 1, by replacing "currency exchange" with "a
11currency exchange, group of currency exchanges, or association

7on page 10, line 9, by replacing "$100" with "$500"; and
8on page 10, line 10, by replacing "30" with "60"; and
9on page 10, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the
11    "(b) (Blank). Nothing in this Act shall prevent a community
12currency exchange from selling candy, gum, other packaged
13foods, and soft drinks by means of vending machines on its
14premises."; and
