AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1589

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1589 on page 14, line 15, after "child." by inserting "In determining whether substitute visitation is in the best interest of the child, the court shall consider all of the relevant factors listed in subsection (a) of Section 602 and apply those factors to the person designated as a substitute for the deployed parent for visitation purposes."; and

on page 16, line 17, by replacing "(2)" with the following:

"(2) if appropriate, visitation by electronic communication; and

(3)".
