3 lines 21 and 22, by replacing "Office of the Illinois Attorney
4 General" with "Illinois General Assembly and the Office of the
5 Governor"; and

6 on page 11, lines 10 and 11, by replacing "Office of the
7 Illinois Attorney General" with "Illinois General Assembly and
8 the Office of the Governor"; and

9 on page 16, lines 24 and 25, by replacing "Office of the
10 Illinois Attorney General" with "Illinois General Assembly and
11 the Office of the Governor".
