    Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Juvenile Justice.

1     AN ACT concerning corrections.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Unified Code of Corrections is amended by
5 changing Section 3-2.5-1 as follows:

6     (730 ILCS 5/3-2.5-1)
7     Sec. 3-2.5-1. Short title. This Article 2.5 may be cited
8 as the~~the~~ Department of Juvenile Justice Law.
