2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3440 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 7, by replacing "Service" with "Reasonable
4 accommodations must be sought for the use of service ~~Service~~";
5 and

6 on page 1, line 10, by replacing "shall be permitted" with
7 "~~shall be permitted~~"; and

8 on page 1, line 13, by replacing "to" with "to,".
