1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4083
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4083, AS AMENDED, by
3 inserting immediately below the last line of Section 15 of the
4 Bill the following:

5 "Section 20. No violation to serve as intermediary. An
6 Internet service provider or website hosting service does not
7 violate this Act as a result of serving as an intermediary for
8 the transmission of electronic messages between members of an
9 Internet dating service.".
