1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4145
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4145 as follows:

3 on page 2, line 13, after "thereof.", by inserting "The
4 ordinance shall include a requirement that notice must be sent
5 by certified mail to either the real property owner of record
6 or the vehicle owner at least 10 days prior to removal.".
